Three more people have been arrested in the case of Kumar Thapa Magar, known as 'Nepali Bro', who murdered his wife. The arrested are Bikram Thapa Magar from Nuwakot, Pujan Thapa Chhetri from Kathmandu and Pratiksha Acharya from Jumla.

According to SP Pawan Bhattarai of the District Police Range, Kathmandu, three more people have been arrested based on the complaint filed by the family alleging their involvement in the incident. The Kathmandu District Court has allowed the police to keep them in custody for at least 5 days for investigation.

Thapa had killed his wife Ishwari Bhujel by hitting her with a rod at 9:30 pm on 22 Jestha. She was taken to the hospital for treatment, but died during treatment.

Before this incident, they were preparing to divorce. Following the incident involving the 'Nepali Bro', which was being discussed on social media, former Home Minister and Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) MP Sudhan Gurung reached the Balaju Police Station to inquire about the incident and demanded a fair investigation.
