The Supreme Court has issued an interim order in the dispute over the selection of officers of the Nepal Airlines Corporation's Board of Directors. 

A joint bench of Justices Kumar Regmi and Shrikant Poudel has issued an interim order not to proceed with the selection process of the committee members. The Supreme Court has issued such an order at a time when the government is preparing to select the members and chairman of the Nepal Airlines Corporation through a competition by inviting applications.  

Upendra Bahadur Karki had filed a writ petition in the Supreme Court claiming that he was unfairly excluded from the selection process for the board of directors of the corporation through a competition. The court issued the interim order after the second hearing in the same case. 

The Supreme Court has issued an interim order in the name of the Ministry of Culture, Tourism and Civil Aviation and the selection committee of the Nepal Airlines Corporation.
