KVKSS and Valley Public have reached the quarterfinals of the second Tejaswi Cup Inter-School Basketball Tournament in the girls' category.

KVKSS defeated Landmark Academy 22-14 and Valley Public defeated Wijeshwari 34-24. KVKSS' Khushi Mifok scored 10 and Valley's Sonimaya Tamang scored 11.

In the girls' category, Bagmati defeated KGS 53-43, Ferryland defeated host Tejaswi 'B' 20-12 and Eden Bridge Academy (EBA) defeated Himshila 24-15 to reach the quarterfinals. Bagmati's Siddhika Sharma scored 16, Ferryland's Saina Majhi scored 7 and EBA's Sanjila Magar scored 11.

In the quarterfinals, EBA and Sanskriti Shiksha Sadan, KVKSS and Belmont, Valley Public and Bagmati and Ferryland Tejaswi 'A' will compete.

In the boys' category, Valley Public defeated EBA 45-34, JB School defeated Angels Heart 44-37, Sanskriti defeated Gyan Sanskar 28-16 and KVS defeated KGS 45-30 to secure a place in the pre-quarterfinals.
