The report of the committee formed to investigate the human rights violations in the incidents of 23 and 24 Bhadra has been made public. The committee has recommended that the then Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli, Home Minister Ramesh Lekhak and Communications Minister Prithvisubba Gurung take action by enacting new laws.

Departmental action has also been recommended against the incumbent IGPs Dan Bahadur Karki and Armed Police Chief Narayan Prasad Poudel.
