The National Human Rights Commission has concluded that the incidents that took place on Bhadra 24 during the Gen-G protests were an organized criminal act carried out in accordance with a pre-planned plan. The commission made this determination while releasing a report on the incidents of the Gen-G protests on Bhadra 23 and 24. 'Although the incident of Bhadra 24 appears to have started due to an angry person affected by the incident on Bhadra 23, the nature of the incident on Bhadra 24 appears to have occurred across the country at the same time, with the same objective, and there is no need to contradict the opinion of the investigation report that these incidents were organized criminal acts carried out in accordance with a pre-planned plan,' the commission's report states.

The commission says that all the incidents of Bhadra 24 should be viewed as criminal activities. 'It was found that almost all the incidents of the said day should be viewed and addressed as criminal activities,' the commission's report states.
