Government spokesperson and Education Minister Sasmit Pokharel has claimed that there was no discussion in the Council of Ministers about Prime Minister Balendra Shah not speaking on the upcoming Republic Day and that he will speak as needed. He gave this response while talking to media persons after the Council of Ministers meeting.
He gave this answer to a journalist's question about whether Prime Minister Shah will address the Republic Day or not.
"There was no discussion about that in today's cabinet meeting. The Prime Minister will address the country as needed," he said.
