The issue of the order regarding the registration of the writ enters Parliament.

In today's meeting of the House of Representatives, Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSWP) lawmakers have expressed their objections to the order to register a writ petition against the decision of the Constitutional Council under the recommendation process for the future Chief Justice, Sapana Pradhan Malla, saying it is against legal norms and practices.

In the meeting, RSWP lawmakers Samiksha Baskota and Yagyamani Neupane expressed their opinion that the order to register a writ petition against the decision of the Constitutional Council under the recommendation process for the future Chief Justice cannot be considered good. Although they were clear that the independent judiciary should do its job, they expressed disagreement with the work being done outside the administration of justice. After that, UML lawmakers objected to the statement made against the provision of the rules that do not discuss judicial work in parliament.
