26 people have been arrested with drugs from different parts of the country. According to the Nepal Police, Central News Room, they were arrested from various districts of the country including Kathmandu in the last 24 hours.

In that process, the police arrested seven people with 12 grams and 640 milligrams of a substance that looks like brown heroin from Jorpati Besigaun, Gokarneshwor Municipality-8, Kathmandu on Friday. The arrested are Anil KC, 23, Basanta Timalsina, 44, of Besigaun, Besigaun, Vikram Thakuri, 37, of Prajwal Mainali, 25, of Devendra Aryal, 35, of Devendra Aryal, 50, of Solukhumbu, Chunikhel, Kathmandu, and Pemba Tamang, 47, of Dolakha, Gaushala, Pingalasthan, Kathmandu.

Similarly, 24-year-old Sushan Rai, a resident of the same place, was arrested last night with 2,210 tablets of Tramadol and 2,320 tablets of Spaspen from Kushal Chowk, Pathari Shanishchare Municipality-8, Morang.

Similarly, 33-year-old Barkat Ali, a resident of the same municipality-11 Masina, was arrested with 480 tablets of Spasmo from Mahubari, Lumbini Cultural Municipality-4, Rupandehi; 26-year-old Jeet Bahadur Limbu, a resident of Kamal Rural Municipality-5, and 20-year-old Pradeep Rasaili, a resident of Damak Municipality-6, were arrested with 11 grams 970 milligrams of brown sugar from Chapramari, Kankai Municipality-5, Jhapa.

Similarly, four people, including the hotel owner Tilak Bahadur Wali, 36, of Krishnapur Municipality-7, Kanchanpur, were arrested with 120 milligrams of a substance resembling brown heroin from RB Hotel in Godavari Municipality-2 of Kailali; two people were arrested with 19 grams and 160 milligrams of a substance resembling brown heroin from Tikapur Municipality-9, Khakraula of the same district; three people were arrested with 3 grams and 660 milligrams of an illegal substance resembling brown heroin from the same location; and three people were arrested with 180 milligrams of a substance resembling brown heroin from Krishnapur Municipality-5, Gajraula of Kanchanpur.
