Opposition parties have criticized Prime Minister Balendra Shah for getting up and walking out of Parliament while his own government's policies and programs were being presented. They have warned Prime Minister Shah to behave in a manner that will maintain the dignity of Parliament.

In Tuesday's meeting, Congress parliamentary party leader Bhishma Raj Angdembe commented that the behavior shown by Prime Minister Shah while presenting the policies and programs in Parliament was unfortunate. "The name of our country's Prime Minister is now going to be written in the Guinness Book of World Records for walking in the middle of his government's policy program being presented in Parliament. Should I congratulate him or express my sadness for setting such a record?" he said. 

Angdembe said that the country's head has bowed down due to Prime Minister Shah's behavior. "It is unfortunate that the Prime Minister has displayed arrogance and disrespectful behavior. His behavior has hurt the hearts of the people. We feel that the dignity and respect of this House has been tarnished," he said. 

Former Prime Minister and NCP Parliamentary Party Leader Pushpa Kamal Dahal reminded that the dignity of Parliament is linked to the behavior of the Prime Minister. "We can move forward only by strengthening the dignity, dignity and role of Parliament. I support whatever activities were seen yesterday, whatever the leader of the main opposition party has already said," he said, "If the Prime Minister does not follow certain norms, the dignity of Parliament cannot be maintained. Let everyone's attention be drawn to this. The future of all of us is linked to the Prime Minister's style of work.'

President Poudel presented the government’s policy and program for the upcoming fiscal year in the federal parliament meeting held at 4 pm on Monday.
