On behalf of Prime Minister Balendra Shah, Minister for Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs Sobita Gautam has presented the Public Procurement (Second Amendment) Ordinance, 2083, Special Provisions on the Removal of Public Officials Ordinance, 2083, Constitutional Council (Work, Duties, Powers and Procedures) (First Amendment) Ordinance, 2083, to the Assembly .
Similarly, Finance Minister Dr. Swarnim Wagle has presented the Prevention of Money Laundering (Third Amendment) Ordinance, 2083 to the Assembly . Minister for Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs Gautam has presented the Ordinance to amend some Nepal Acts, 2083 to the Assembly .
Similarly, Minister for Land Management, Cooperatives and Poverty Alleviation Pratibha Rawal has presented the Cooperatives (First Amendment) Ordinance, 2083 . Minister for Health and Population Nisha Mehta has presented the Ordinance to amend some Nepal Acts relating to the Institute of Health Sciences, 2083.
Minister for Education, Science and Technology Sasmit Pokharel has presented the Ordinance to amend some Nepal Acts relating to universities, 2083.
