President Ram Chandra Poudel has issued an Ordinance to amend certain Nepal Acts, 2083.
The Office of the President has stated that he issued the ordinance on the recommendation of the Council of Ministers in accordance with Article 114 (1) of the Constitution of Nepal. President Poudel on Saturday issued two ordinances related to universities and the Academy of Health Sciences and an ordinance to make special provisions regarding the removal of public officials.
The ordinance related to the Constitutional Council has been sent back.
