According to the Kathmandu Valley Traffic Police Office, 65 people have been booked for consuming intoxicants, 225 for illegally sharing rides, 137 for violating traffic signals, and 153 for speeding.
Similarly, 194 people have been booked for not following lane discipline, 58 for honking in prohibited areas, 109 for parking vehicles on the roadside, 41 for violating the rules for picking up and dropping off passengers at designated places, and 1,121 for not following other traffic rules.
