Supreme Court spokesperson Arjun Koirala said that the hearing will be held today.
Earlier, the Supreme Court had ordered that Golchha be produced before the court within 24 hours. Despite being produced before the court as per the Supreme Court order, Golchha has been sent to detention after the hearing was not held.
Golchha was arrested by the police for an offence under the Securities Act, 2063.
