The Supreme Court has stated that no interim order has been issued on the petitioner's demand. The bench of Justice Bal Krishna Dhakal has issued a show cause order in the name of the respondents, the Office of the Prime Minister and Council of Ministers, the Property Investigation Commission and the Chairperson of the Commission. In the writ petition, the petitioner Silwal had filed a writ petition claiming that the formation of the commission was contrary to the spirit and spirit of constitutional supremacy and the rule of law and violated the constitutional rights of the Commission for the Investigation of Abuse of Authority.
