Supreme Court spokesperson Arjun Koirala said that since it was not possible to attend the hearing scheduled for today, the hearing has been scheduled for tomorrow.
Earlier, the Supreme Court had ordered that the accused be produced within 24 hours. As per the Supreme Court order, the accused was produced in court but was not heard, and was sent to detention. The District Court had allowed his detention for three days.
