A bench of Justice Nripadhwaj Niraula on Tuesday ordered Golchha to be produced in a habeas corpus writ.
Mrs. Seema Golchha had filed a habeas corpus writ alleging that the police had illegally detained her.
The order states, 'Within 24 hours of the date of receipt of the notice, a written reply along with a copy of the order and the writ petition should be submitted through the Attorney General's Office. A notice period should be issued in the name of the respondents. If a written reply is received within the time limit or after the time limit has expired, the petitioner should be extended and the file stating that the investigation is underway should be submitted as per the rules.'
