Stating that such misleading materials create confusion among the general public, the army has warned against and cautioned against such actions.
'As the Nepal Army and related bodies are regularly monitoring such disorderly and anarchic activities, it is also reminded that those who engage in such acts are within the scope of the prevailing law,' the appeal issued by the army said.
Targeting the growing rumors on social media, the army has also urged the general public not to believe such baseless and malicious news and comments.
