'Economic diplomacy is a top priority of the government . Necessary work is being done for Nepal's economic growth through trade promotion, foreign investment, tourism, health tourism and other means. As per point number 10 of the approved governance reform agenda of 082 Chaitra 13, a process improvement task force has been formed under the coordination of the director of the department for the business process re-engineering BPR of the Consular Services Department and the task force is currently working,' he said.
He said that a draft of the 'Consular Services Procedures, 2081' is being prepared to make the consular service more simple, transparent and timely.
