The Ministry of Culture, Tourism and Civil Aviation has invited suggestions from the general public for the reform of Nepal Airlines Corporation (Nepal Airlines).
Secretary of the ministry Mukunda Prasad Niraula has asked for suggestions from the general public through a notice to collect necessary suggestions for reform as the study committee formed to reform the corporation is studying the structure, service delivery and employee management of the corporation.
'Constructive suggestions have been sought from citizens and service recipients for this purpose,' the notice reads.
The ministry has urged people to send their suggestions within seven days of the date of publication of the notice. Suggestions have been asked to be sent to the ministry's email address [email protected] or WhatsApp number 9851319212.
The notice, signed by Gokarna Prasad Upadhyay, member secretary of the corporation reform task force, states that the necessary study and recommendations will be prepared for the reform of the corporation based on the suggestions received. According to the information, this initiative is expected to help improve the service quality of Nepal Airlines Corporation, strengthen management, and increase overall efficiency.
