Speaker of the House of Representatives, Dol Prasad Aryal, has said that he will move forward the work of making laws envisaged by the constitution for the Nepali people and the country and amending laws that need to be amended and enacted on a fast track, in an impartial, honest and neutral manner.
Speaking to journalists at the district headquarters, Dhading, while participating in a program to declare Jalwamki Rural Municipality of Janmabhoomi Dhading as the first model and clean village in Nepal, Speaker Aryal said that it is necessary to work in a way that the people will benefit from the decisions made today from tomorrow.
Stating that delaying government work will delay the people from getting benefits, his argument was that development, prosperity and happiness should be provided without delaying even a day, so he would work accordingly.
He also said that the legislature would coordinate with the executive and the three-tier government to create an environment where the laws of all three tiers would not conflict with each other, so that they would work in coordination with each other.
He also urged everyone to work with a positive mindset as the system in the country needs to be improved.
Speaker Aryal, who arrived in his home district for the first time after becoming the Speaker, also said that the work on the Budhi Gandaki project, which is directly linked to the future of the district and the national economy, will begin soon.
