Police have taken 13 people, including Kimjong Boss, under custody from various places in the capital. According to the Crime Investigation Office, 13 people, including Kimjong Boss, Ashok Giri, Sanjeev Lama, and Suresh Gurung, were arrested in an operation conducted overnight.
