The decision to nominate Aryal for the post of Speaker was already being made by the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS). The deadline for nomination registration is 2 pm. Aryal is the first to register. He is the elected MP from Kathmandu Constituency No. 9 in the House of Representatives elections on Falgun 21.
