Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) President Ravi Lamichhane has said that no Nepali should be bowed down on the basis of caste. In today's meeting of the House of Representatives, he said that the government has apologized to the Dalit community for the first time. 'This government is making a collective and public apology for the centuries-old history of discrimination, injustice and atrocities from this House for the first time,' he said. 'The discrimination up to now was not a social mistake but an organized crime. Let us consider those who had skills as untouchables. Now no Nepali should be bowed down on the basis of caste. We want to apologize to those communities.'

He also said that the price of forgiveness will now be determined by justice.
