The Surkhet District Court has ordered the four accused to be sent to a juvenile correctional home in the rape and murder case of 16-year-old Inisha BK. The juvenile bench of the Surkhet District Court has decided to keep the case in the juvenile correctional home until the investigation is completed based on the seriousness of the incident and preliminary evidence. The bench of Judge Deepak Dhakal ordered the sending of them to the juvenile correctional home for trial after the closed-door hearing on Tuesday. The said order has also been updated on the Surkhet court website. Since all the four accused are minors, they will be sent to the juvenile correctional home in Nepalgunj. On Falgun 23, Inisha was found unconscious in the Janajagaran Community Forest area of Surkhet. He was taken to the hospital for treatment, where he was declared dead. After the incident, the police investigated and took four children into custody.
