Sun Nepal Insurance CEO Rajkumar Aryal has been arrested.
A warrant was obtained from the Kathmandu District Court for the arrest of the insurance company's CEO Aryal from New Plaza, Putalisadak, Kathmandu-29, and further investigation is underway, informed AIG Manoj KC.
AIG KC informed that the arrest was made on the basis of the preliminary investigation report of the Nepal Securities Board that the company had committed an offense against Section 100 of the Securities Act, 2063, while submitting the details/documents requested by the regulatory body regarding the share allocation allotted to its employees.
