Three people have died and 15 others have been injured in a road accident in Ghiu Khola, Daunne, on the East-West Highway.
At around 1 am, a truck (Na 7 Kha 9398) heading from east to west on the road in Bardaghat Municipality-4 hit a bus (Lu 2 Kha 2351) and a pickup (Na 5 Kha 2275) coming from the same direction, according to the police.

After the incident, the police, army and armed police rescued the injured. Three of the injured have died at the District Hospital, Parasi. Among the deceased, Gobin Budha of Bagmara, Rolpa has been identified and two others have not been identified. The injured are being treated at Lumbini City Hospital, Rupandehi and health institutions in the district.
