Former Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli has been taken out of the District Police Complex, Bhadrakali, for a health check-up. 

The police are preparing to take him to the Tribhuvan University Teaching Hospital, Maharajgunj for a health check-up. The police conduct a health check-up before detaining a person arrested for any crime for investigation.

He has been taken to the Tribhuvan University Teaching Hospital for a health check-up, informed SP Pawan Bhattarai, spokesperson of the Kathmandu Police Complex.

Police arrested Oli from his residence in Gundu on Saturday morning. Former Home Minister Ramesh Lekhak has also been arrested. He is currently being held in Bhadrakali.
