The case of RSVP candidate Kishori Sah Kamal, whose candidacy was rejected in Dhanusha-1, has been postponed after it was placed before a judge who is not available to hear it.

The hearing was scheduled for a joint bench of Justice Saranga Subedi and Tek Prasad Dhungana. Supreme Court spokesperson Arjun Koirala said that Justice Subedi had previously issued an interim order while hearing from a single bench. The next hearing has been scheduled for Sunday.

The writ petition filed by him on Falgun 19 against the rejection of his candidacy, making the Election Commission the defendant, was scheduled for hearing on Friday.  Earlier, on Falgun 25, a bench of Justice Nripadhwaj Niraula had issued a show cause order in the case.

Similarly, on Thursday, the Supreme Court had issued an interim order not to implement the blacklisting decision in the writ petition filed by Sah, making the Credit Information Center and others the defendants. Saranga Subedi's bench had issued an interim order and ordered that all the cases be heard together.
