Finance Minister Rameshwor Khanal has returned the 'red passport'. Finance Minister Khanal informed about the return of the 'red passport' through his social media (Facebook) on Tuesday.
‘This was a red passport in the name of government property, I am returning it too,’ Khanal wrote on his Facebook wall, ‘Since the purpose of the diplomatic passport provided to me for use in my capacity as Finance Minister has expired, I have requested that it be returned to the Passport Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, enclosing the passport herewith.’
