In the House of Representatives election, Dol Prasad Aryal, the candidate of the National Independent Party, has taken a lead of nearly 1,300 votes in Kathmandu Constituency No. 9.
Aryal, who is also the Vice President of the Rashtriya Swatantra Party, has received 1,550 votes. His rival, Nanumaiya Bastola of the Nepali Congress, has received 259 votes.
Similarly, Ajayakranti Shakya of the UML has received 151 votes, while Radha Krishna Maharjan of the Nepali Communist Party has 22 votes.
