The Election Commission has informed that enthusiastic voting is taking place in all districts. Commission spokesperson Narayan Prasad Bhattarai has informed that voting is taking place in all districts in an enthusiastic manner.
Commission spokesperson Bhattarai said, 'Enthusiastic voting is taking place in all districts.'
Bhattarai also informed that 31,63,736 votes have been cast across the country till 12 noon in all districts. He said that about 18 percent of the total voters have cast their votes.
