Peaceful voting has taken place at the polling station at Pitaraj Secondary School in Rolpa Libang, where all the staff, from the officer to the officer, are women.
Polling officer Rekha Shrestha said that only women are assigned and they are working enthusiastically. Initially, there was a fear that it would be difficult to work even though only women were assigned, but she said that the work was done well.
'I heard that some men could not work even though the team was all women. But we worked with self-confidence,' she said.
The other 5 employees assigned to the center are also women. Assistant Chief District Officer Ghanshyam Gautam said that the women's team appeared capable. There are 836 voters in this center.
