Not a single vote was cast at Deuti Secondary School, Tallo Malaikhola, Babai Rural Municipality-7, said Polling Officer Tek Bahadur Khadka.
No one came to vote in person and the staff cast only four votes in proportional representation, he said.
He said that the number of votes cast in proportional representation was low because there was no list of all the voters. There were 530 voters in this center, including 274 men and 256 women.

The residents of the area, which falls in the buffer zone of Banke National Park, had earlier announced that they would not vote. They had announced a boycott of the vote, saying that the leaders had not come to the village, that despite all the votes cast, there was no development infrastructure, and that the village had been made unsafe by keeping the Banke National Park.
