The task force formed to study the bus accident in Dhading last Monday inspected the scene and held discussions with stakeholders on Wednesday.

A bus (Ga 2 Kha 1421) coming from Pokhara to Kathmandu met with an accident at China Dhara, Benighat Rorang Rural Municipality-5, Dhading along the Prithvi Highway on Monday, killing 19 people. The government had formed a task force under the coordination of Joint Secretary of the Ministry of Home Affairs Rishi Ram Tiwari to find out the cause of the accident.

The task force studied the scene on Wednesday and held discussions with rescue workers, security personnel, and local people's representatives after the accident. Tiwari, the coordinator of the task force, said that the work has begun to study the incident and submit a report within seven days so that it can be implemented.
