Prime Minister Sushila Karki has instructed the heads of security agencies to make the House of Representatives elections free, fair and peaceful.
Addressing a joint meeting of Lumbini Province security officials in Butwal on Saturday, Prime Minister Karki said that the main mandate of the government is peaceful and fair elections and directed them to focus all their attention on that and prepare a reliable security strategy to move forward.
Prime Minister Karki also took information from the heads of all security agencies about the security situation in the province.

Prime Minister Karki, who arrived in Butwal from Gandaki on Friday evening, returned to Kathmandu after completing a meeting with security officials in the morning and visiting Maya Devi in Lumbini.
