President Poudel stressed that elections are the appropriate means of obtaining the people's opinion in a democracy. He said, "Peace, stability and national unity in the country are further strengthened through prosperity through good governance. Therefore, since elections are the appropriate means of obtaining the people's opinion in a democracy, I call on everyone on this auspicious occasion to make the election of members of the House of Representatives scheduled for Falgun 21 a success."
