Home Minister Om Prakash Aryal has said that the upcoming House of Representatives elections will be held in a completely free, fair and fear-free environment.

Home Minister Aryal, who arrived in Dhading to monitor and coordinate security preparations for the election, made this statement in a discussion with the heads of security agencies in the district, stakeholders and media persons.

Home Minister Aryal, asserting that the situation in the district has been normalized by minimizing conflict after the violent incidents that took place on Bhadra 23 and 24, expressed confidence that the upcoming election will also be held peacefully. He clarified that since the current government is not a party-based government, the election will be held in a free and fair manner.

Stating that all preparations have been completed from a security perspective, he said that an environment has been created where voters can vote confidently without any fear or pressure. He urged voters to participate in the vote with confidence. He claimed that this election will be stronger and more credible than the elections conducted by party-based governments in the past.

Home Minister Aryal also urged political parties to take the election positively and reiterated the government's commitment to conduct the election in a fair, fraud-free and political good governance-enforced manner.
