Inaugurating the newly constructed building of the District Court, Baitadi, he said that the unexpected incident that occurred on Bhadra 23 and 24 has further challenged the development of physical infrastructure as thousands of computers and other information technology communications were destroyed in 23 different court buildings across the country.
He said that the new building of the District Court will bring efficiency in judicial and administrative work. He expressed his belief that the newly constructed building will strengthen the service-recipient-friendly environment and provide greater access to justice for the general public.
The construction of the five-storey building of the District Court began in 2077 BS at a cost of Rs 113.5 million and was completed in Ashar last year.
