Senior Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh leader Balendra Shah, who was on a tour of the Far West, returned from Sanphebagar in the district on Thursday. After stopping here for some time and ringing the bell, he headed towards Doti. He spent only 10 minutes with the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh cadres of Achham-1.
Shah is scheduled to arrive in Mangalsen, Achham-2, where his personal secretary Bhupdev Shah is a candidate, only on Friday morning. The Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) has stated that preparations are underway to take Shah to Kamalbazar and Dhakari in Achham-2.
There is interest in the district regarding Shah's election campaign style. Shah, who is a candidate for the House of Representatives in Jhapa-5, has not made any speeches during his journey. He has been changing places without any dialogue and in a short time. 'He reached Sanphebagar and rang the party office bell. He greeted his supporters from the vehicle by waving and greeting them. Then he changed his destination,' said Ramesh Pariyar of Sanphebagar, 'He must have spent a maximum of 10 minutes in Sanphebagar.' He said that he left for Doti after ringing the bell without holding any formal program.
Shah had reached five constituencies in Kailali and three in Kanchanpur in a single day. There are 16 constituencies in the Far West. As of Friday, Shah has covered 15 constituencies. On Thursday, he completed his visit to Bajura and Bajhang and entered Achham.

According to Shah's close associates, he has been spending an average of 15 minutes in each constituency. During that time, he has only been visiting offices, ringing bells and briefly greeting supporters without making any public speeches. Shah has also been making his presence felt on social media from the Far West.
After reaching Dadeldhura, the home district of former Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba, he wrote a status on Facebook saying, "I am not far anymore, I love you so much." While traveling from Bajhang to Bajura, he wrote another status on Thursday, ‘I am going from Bajhang to Bajura, may Mother Badimalika bless everyone.’ He wrote both these statuses in the local language.
