Armed Police Inspector General Raju Aryal has directed Armed Police personnel to work without any shortcomings in the security of the upcoming House of Representatives elections to be held on Falgun 21.

Giving instructions to the officers who will be working as chiefs in various offices of the Armed Police Force Nepal from Magh 11 at the Armed Police Force Nepal Headquarters, Aryal asked them to perform their assigned responsibilities effectively. 

Aryal also directed them to perform highly professionally and focus on conducting the elections in a fearless environment by implementing election-targeted security operations rapidly. Stating that immediate action will be taken against weak commands and commanders who make mistakes, he instructed them to work with high morale.  

The Armed Police Force is deploying 35,000 manpower and 15,110 election policemen for a period of 40 days for the upcoming elections. He also warned the Armed Police officers who will be working as command responsibilities that they will be immediately taken action if they commit misdeeds and bad deeds while working in their field while in their official responsibilities.

He also directed the subordinate employees to be mobilized in full compliance with the election code of conduct to make the elections successful.

Aryal said that all Armed Police personnel should be more proactive in their respective responsibilities while working in accordance with the organization's vision and policy, and directed them to focus on how to make revenue leakage control effective.

He also directed that all units of the Armed Police Force Nepal should maintain financial transparency and perform their duties with zero tolerance for corruption, and to be more proactive in patrolling, patrolling and operational activities while working at the border.
