Bolero accident in Makawanpur's Seemkhola, one dead

There were three people in the Bolero, including the driver. Among them, the co-driver, 17-year-old Rohan Mandal of Barathawa Municipality-1, Sarlahi, died.

One person has died and two others have been injured in a Bolero pickup truck accident in Simkhola, Indrasarobar Rural Municipality-2, Makawanpur.

According to the District Police Office, Makawanpur, at around 1 am on Thursday night, a chicken-laden Bolero vehicle bearing the number M.P.03-001 Cha 6721, which was heading from Sarlahi to Kathmandu on the Bhimphedi Kulekhani Kathmandu road section, suffered a brake failure. The vehicle lost control and fell into a ravine about 7 meters below the road. 

There were 3 people including the driver in the Bolero. Out of which, the co-driver, 17-year-old Rohan Mandal of Barathawa Municipality-1, Sarlahi, died. He was taken to Kathmandu Medical College for treatment in a serious condition with injuries to his head and various parts of his body.

Another co-driver, 16-year-old from the same place, and the driver, 25-year-old Ramwali Sah, were injured in the accident. According to the police, Chote has suffered a back injury  . Both the injured are being treated at the same hospital.
