Sapkota, who is also a former MP, reached the office of the Election Officer, Sindhupalchowk, on Tuesday and registered his nomination.
Sapkota's proposer is Ujar Singh Tamang and his seconder is Sing Bahadur BK. After registering his nomination, he said that the election campaign will be carried out by focusing on the issues of people's trust, development and good governance.
Sapkota was elected from Sindhupalchowk 1 in the 2079 election.
