Monday's meeting of the Council of Ministers made six decisions, including approving the National Policy Against Human Trafficking 2082.

The meeting also decided to approve the Financial Sector Development Strategy 2082-083 to 2086-087. Similarly, it has been decided to recommend to the President to convene a session of the National Assembly of the Federal Parliament at Singha Durbar, the Federal Parliament Secretariat, on Magh 4 at 11 am.

The Council of Ministers has also decided to approve the annual contribution of US$ 283,503 for 2024, which Nepal must pay as a member country of the International Centre for Integrated Mountain Development (ICMD).

The Council of Ministers has also decided to provide US$ 350,000 in financial assistance for the reconstruction of the Archives of the Mahamuniphaya Buddhist Pagoda and Gangaghat Temple in Myanmar, which were damaged by the March 2025 earthquake.

Similarly, Monday's meeting has decided to appoint Govinda Prasad Bhandari as the chairman of the Gorkhapatra Institute.
