The project of Pralabi Kiwi Pickle Enterprise has won the title of Innovation Business Idea Competition-2025.

In a competition organized among students for creating new business plans, the plan prepared by Prasanna Basnet, Laxmi Pachai and Bikram Khanal, students of Victorian International College in Ghorahi, won the first place.

The winning group received a cash prize of Rs 50,000 along with a certificate. They presented a new business concept of producing pickles from kiwi and explained its business potential in detail.

Similarly, the second prize of Rs 30,000 was won by Galaxon (Neurocare) Scheme. The scheme, which was prepared with the objective of developing a web and mobile app for children with autism, presented a digital solution to facilitate children's learning, treatment and parental support. This plan was presented by Prakash Budha Magar, Manish Bhusal and Akanksha Pathak.

The third prize of Rs 20,000 was won by Eco Taco Scheme. The plan, based on the concept of environmentally friendly and sustainable food, was prepared by Pushpa KC and Bivikshya DC.

The competition played an important role in encouraging youth entrepreneurship and exploring new business opportunities, said Lal Bahadur KC, president of the Nepal Cottage and Small Industries Federation. The competition was organized on the occasion of the Tulsipur Festival with the support of Green Foundation Nepal. 17 groups participated in the competition.
