At a program titled 'Elections for the Stability of Democracy, Participation' organized by the Human Rights Organization and Informal Sector Service Center (INSEC) today, he said that elections are mandatory for the protection of the constitution and the stability of democracy.
'I will always stand for human rights and the victims. I am not in favor of impunity, impunity is not encouraged to the point of putting the country on a blacklist,' Home Minister Aryal said.
He also expressed his commitment that the government would make all arrangements for the security of the elections. He said that an environment has been created where Gen-G can vote and come into the mainstream of the state.
