Rastriya Swatantra Party President Rabi Lamichhane said that a new parliament will be formed instead of restoring the parliament. The Congress and the UML have filed a writ in the Supreme Court demanding the restoration of the parliament. Lamichhane, however, said that the parliament will come with a fresh mandate instead of restoration.
