The Human Rights Commission has recorded a statement from the then Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli regarding the incident of 23-24 Bhadra.
The commission is conducting a separate investigation into the human rights violations and repression that took place during the Gen-G movement on 23 and 24 Bhadra. The commission has so far taken statements from 146 people.
The commission is investigating the matter by dividing it into four issues.
Kathmandu Metropolitan City Mayor Balen Shah also gave a statement on the matter of 23 and 24 Bhadra when he reached the commission on 7 Poush.
