Minister for Communications and Information Technology Jagdish Kharel has said that the environment has been created for the upcoming House of Representatives elections to be held on Falgun 21.

Speaking to reporters after a meeting with UML Chairman KP Sharma Oli in Gundu, Bhaktapur on Friday, Minister Kharel said that the government is fully prepared to hold the election by Falgun 21.

He said that the environment for a peaceful, fearless and fair election has been ensured within the stipulated time. Minister Kharel informed that he had talked to UML Chairman Oli about creating an environment for the election.

Minister Kharel said that he has urged UML to participate in the election with confidence. He said that Chairman Oli has taken an interest in the issue of fearless and fair election and security.

Regarding the removal of the seat limit imposed by the government on Chairman Oli, Minister Kharel informed that since the government's goal is the election, if there is any complication or challenge, it will proceed by making it easy.
