Jeevan Karki has been elected as the national president of Nepal Jaycees.

Karki was elected as the president by securing 512 votes at the 52nd National General Convention of the JCs in Janakpur. Karki, who was elected as the national president of the JCs for 2026, is from Ramechhap.

Karki's rival Bijay Gurung received 462 votes, Rashmi Shilpakar 147 votes and Rajaram Gautam 83 votes. Voting for the new leadership at the JCs general convention in Janakpur, which began on Friday, continued till late Sunday. 

The general convention in Janakpur ended on Monday, selecting the new leadership.
