Ravilaxmi Chitrakar, wife of former Prime Minister Jhalanath Khanal, who was seriously injured in an arson attack by protesters in Dallu, Kathmandu on Bhadra 10, has returned home after receiving treatment.

He was taken to Delhi for treatment after being seriously injured in a fire set by protesters at his house. Khanal's personal secretary Krishna Bhattarai informed that he returned home after three months of treatment at Delhi's Apollo Hospital.

At Tribhuvan Airport, the painter said that the government should take action against those who are trying to destroy the country under the guise of Gen-G. She emotionally thanked those who helped her in her treatment.

'I had read in a book, Hitler's gas chamber. I myself fell in. Whoever came to save me. I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude,' she said, 'Gen-G tried to destroy the country by wearing the mask of Bhai Bahini. May the state recognize it and take action soon.'
